In Leder Book Launch with Käthe Kruse

Join us for the book launch of In Leder, by Käthe Kruse. The work consists of 20 leather-covered instruments. The starting point was the drum kit that Käthe Kruse played in the 1980s in the iconic band Die Tödliche Doris, which she was the first of the instruments to “leather-cover” in an act of transformation and redefinition.
The e-book includes the audio recording of the unique performance Konzert in Leder (Concert in Leather), presented in the first comprehensive institutional exhibition of Käthe Kruse’s work.
