With 40 films stretched over the course of 10 days from May 6th-16th the 2021 FESTIVAL OF TRANSCULTURAL CINEMA in Freiburg will take a closer look at everyday lives, working conditions, experiences of migration, the consequences of economic growth and questions of diverse cultural identities.
I am very happy that my film YOU KNOW SOME BIRDS (D 2021, 44 min, 5th part of CHINESE WEAVE) will be part of the exciting festival program. You are cordially invited to join the film premiere and the discussion afterwards, where I will also present excerpts from my recently published photo book CHINESE WEAVE.
